Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

AI assists with features such as contract data extraction, the Ask ProgramPilot assistant, CPARS response drafting, CDRL analysis, variance narratives, and program-health insights. Not every feature uses AI; deterministic calculations (for example, Earned Value math and cash forecasts) run on defined formulas, not a model.

AI features are grounded in your own data and, where applicable, cite their sources. Outputs carry a confidence signal, and low-confidence or high-stakes items are surfaced for a human rather than acted on automatically. AI does not move money, submit filings, or take irreversible actions on its own; a person in your organization remains in control.

AI-generated content is decision support, not professional advice. It is not legal, accounting, tax, or audit advice, and it can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, especially for anything submitted to a government customer or auditor.

To generate a result, some features send relevant portions of your content to commercial AI providers (for example, Anthropic and OpenAI). Under our agreements, your content is not used to train their models. We do not sell your data.

Organizations handling Controlled Unclassified Information can enable CMMC Boundary Mode, which blocks AI features that would send data to commercial AI providers, so CUI is not egressed to a commercial model. This is a per-organization setting.
