You can ask us to delete your ProgramPilot account and your organization's data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens.
How to request deletion
Email legal@programpilothq.com (or support@programpilothq.com) from the email associated with your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Include your organization name. We verify the request comes from an authorized account owner before acting on it.
What gets deleted
On a verified request we delete your account and your organization's program, financial, and document data from the live system. Because data is tenant-isolated, deleting your organization's records does not affect any other customer.
Timing
We action verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when complete. Routine encrypted backups are rotated on their normal schedule, so residual copies age out of backups rather than being individually removed.
Exceptions
We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate legal, tax, or audit obligations. Where we retain anything, we keep only what is necessary and for no longer than required.
