Last updated: September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProgramPilot platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by ProgramPilot LLC ("ProgramPilot", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.
1. Authorized use and license
Access is granted solely to authorized users of licensed organizations, for lawful business purposes related to your organization's government contracting operations. Your license is limited to the scope purchased. You may not exceed, share, or resell that access.
2. Proprietary rights
The Platform and all content, algorithms, workflows, data models, and artificial-intelligence systems within it are the exclusive property of ProgramPilot LLC and are protected by United States and international law. Your own data that you upload remains yours.
3. Prohibited actions
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform
- Scraping, crawling, or bulk-exporting Platform data outside provided export features
- Sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons
- Using the Platform or its outputs to train competing AI systems
- Circumventing security, authentication, or access controls
4. Not professional advice
ProgramPilot is a technology platform, not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed advisor. Nothing in the Platform, including AI-generated analyses of Earned Value Management, indirect rates, DCAA readiness, cash flow, or CPARS, constitutes legal, accounting, tax, or audit advice. Outputs are decision-support tools that a qualified person in your organization must review before relying on them. See our AI Disclosure.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProgramPilot LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Monitoring and enforcement
By accessing the Platform you consent to logging of access and activity for security, compliance, and license-enforcement purposes. Violations may result in suspension and, where applicable, civil or criminal liability under federal and state law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Alabama.
